If you have been married for less than 2 years and you want to file an Application for Divorce, you are required participate in counselling with your spouse. In cases where attending counselling is not feasible, you will be required to submit an Affidavit explaining the reasons for not attending counselling. In exceptional situations, you have the option to file an Application for Divorce seeking the court's permission to proceed with the Application for Divorce within the initial 2 years of the marriage. Supporting Friends with Dignity. Every April Friends with Dignity hold a PJ Drive where the community is asked to donate new pyjamas for children from babies to size kids 16. These PJs are then given to local refuges and services for the children in their care ensuring that they have a lovely fresh pair of jammies to cuddle in to.
