I founded two companies over the past decade, quite simply, to help leaders and organisations do their life’s best work.
Stemming from a career in HR and Recruitment that's taken me across sectors, I've always been astounded by a glaring dichotomy in talent acquisition - that the right people don’t always get noticed.
